Dear Jan
If I remove the old batik folder (actually rename it), then place
batik-all.jar in \lib I get the same error.

It is possible that the jar file was created with Java 1.6, this may
have caused some problems? I have now uploaded a Java 1.5 version (vers
0.4) on the web site.

purposes. Once I have the plugin context (and hence the LayerViewPanel,
etc), how to I get access to the "map" components so I can draw them in
another JPanel using the inbuilt renderers?
I realize there is probably a simple solution - but I have not yet found it.
