Yes the behaviour is correct - I am not sure what I did to cause the 
problem, but when In re-did it it was OK, the subsequent plugins 
appeared correctly in the same menu item.

Juar a thought however,  It might be worthwhile establishing a standard 
name (in English and other languages) for at least one menu item that 
could be used by plugin developers to add items too.  I know we can add 
to File, Tools etc, but it may prove useful to have a general menu (like 
"Extensions") where otherwise unclassified plugins might appear.
