Dear Roma and Others

For JumptChart the data that is collected to prepare charts is a table -
numerical attribute data x features. This implies that a single chart
is created for each feature (polygon, line or point) in the layer. No
manipulations on the attribute data is possible - this must be done
within OJ itself if required.

I am not sure quite what you are looking for - is it some aggregation
data over features in the chosen layer? If it is then I would suspect
the best strategy would be to export the required data for import into a
charting package (even Excel!!) where further aggregations are possible,
with lots of nice formatting features for presentation.

If I am off the track, please explain what you need in more detail.

I am not aware of other chart plugins, apart from the one that I worked
from (and substantially extended) which is available from

http://www2.geoinform.fh-mainz.de/~bsto022g/OpenJump/

that was created by Beate Stollberg.

Within the above charting framework I would be happy to consider
implementing different chart types within my plugin, if there is an
interest.

Geoff
