i845. I set the framebuffer in the CMOS to 8MB( the
highest available) and used the i810 driver (this
worked better the vesa driver suggested which crashed
on changing termainals) . So, the catch is to increase

I am facing a typical problem here on my RH8.0 system
with a SiS 3D PRO AGP card. Somehow I cant get X to
work properly now. The only way I am getting it to
work is to manually run xfs (xfs &) and then startx as
root.

Please let me know how I can recreate a user with
the same name after deletion. Let me explain :
I delete an already existing user by command
:
userdel
now when I try to create the user with the same
name I get the error as "user already exists"
