In the US they just get a court order for records and the ISP is then
bound to give them the records.  Wonder why they had to raid?  More
like a friendly request, I'd think.

The stuff about taking universities to court is more scary.  Next time
you feel a warm hand down the front of your trousers, start worrying:
it'll be Sony looking for pirated music.
