Yes, it was due to an old bug in the make system. The bug was not long ago worked around, so it's now okay. But, these wrong 'en-EN' _files_ could of course be left at install locations. It's best to completely delete the install dir before a clean build to avoid any leftovers. Or, use mpkg_gnu.ba
