Just a note for internal, maybe we need to update some process documents,
but the resolution can change between when the IPMC votes and the final

LICENSE/NOTICE/DISCLAIMER in the root folder.
- I'm ok with the LICENSE but would like you all to fix this sectio

IP clearance should be required per this line.
*This form is not for new projects.*
This is for projects and PMCs that have already been created and are
receiving a code donation into an existing codebase. Any code that was
developed outside of the ASF SVN repository and our public mailing lists
Seems like a good first step if not already done is to reach out to
airflow.

Hi Andy
Typically you would look at the top contributors and aim for ICLAs from
those. Don't forget you have to have a vote here as well when done!
I would aim for these individuals:
231 Andy Grove
27 Ximo Guanter
7 QP Hou
6 Boaz Berman
5 Daniël Heres
4 Jack Chan
4 Patrick Mor
Hi
I think we should reorder the retirement steps as documented on [1].
Specifically, we say to install an .htaccess file after requesting infra to
disable resources. This probably worked in the SVN days, but now that most
podlings are git and websites are hosted in git, we should probably update
Hi
If the website doesn't show retired that's my fault. I asked infra to mark
the repos readonly, which they have done. But likely missed updating the
landing page to indicate retired status. Let me reach out to infra to see
what can be done.
All other resources are in fact closed down.
John
Hi,
I would suggest that you get in touch with someone from the Apache Pinot
team to get this coordinated. One of their PPMC or mentors should help get
this moving with Apache Infra to get resolved.
