And while condure in theory could be used on it's own, I honestly doubt
anyone uses it if not as a dependency of pushpin.

The qt5 already updated to openssl 1.1, so the only remaining blocker

On serial ports not supporting the TIOCGSERIAL/TIOCSSERIAL mechanism,
