No need to wait: I just reassigned 1028349 to ftp.debian.org, as suggested by you in that ticket. Sorry of not doing it earlier, and causing you additional work. I obviously didn't care enough about that package. In fact I should have removed it when the FTBFS bug was filed half a year ago. Jan
