Don’t be scarred away from AGMs. Persuasion came with 2-4d AGMs and a Group 31
starter. I replaced the Group 31 about 6 years ago from Canadian tire, still

I started the season with 1.5 anodes. I’m in fresh water, Lake Ontario and St.

When mine acted like that it was the circuit board. If you go the pro route
make sure they are knowledgeable with 12 volt systems. I went the pro route

As much as I am a traditionalist, ease of repair my win out.
I'd really like to know if you can notice a distinct difference between this

The Moses-Saunders Power Dam ar Cornwall/Massena controls Lake Ontario and the

The deciding factor is controlling the spring flooding at Montreal and depths

I’ve been using a Delta Sureset 35 as my primary for well over 10 years now. I
can tell you it has held in 50 kt. winds. My secondary is a Bruce 44 that
hasn’t been out of the locker in years.
YMMV

drain and the other I put a hose barb on. Let it rain for a few minutes attach
a hose and then switch valve positions. Your deck m

Here in the Great White North our club has made the decision to delay
everything by one month. All buildings are off limits. We may check our boats
but working on them is discouraged. That means launch will be June 5th.
Hoping we get a week or so to prep our boats prior to launch.

If you want some pictures of an install of a vertical windlass with a capstan
let me know I’ll shoot you some pics. Have to cut a hole in locker lid for
capstan. I’ve used it to send daughters and son in-laws up the mast.

You are going through the same thought process I did a few years ago. At the
time I decided not to go that route for the issues you mentioned plus I didn’t
want the weight. I had an opportunity to get welding cable and used that for
wiring a 1500w windless. It’s braided but not tinned.
