More than a good idea, this is REQUIRED under ABYC standards, as well as just

Oh, Rich -- you should know that the 3QM's on the LF38s don't have a separate
"stop" cable; just pull back the throttle past idle and the engine kills.
Do I have to explain EVERYTHING for you…? :^)

Although, in looking at the ABYC Standards for bonding systems (E-1), they
state that:
c. Items Not Required to be Bonded
(I) Electrically isolated thm-hull fittings need not be connected to the
bonding system. (See ABYC E-2, "Cathodic Protection".)

I'm surprised Jerry & Karen (and Michael Facius, from this list…) waited so
long to do a review on the 30mkI, as they own one...

My previous boat (30mkI #677) also had the "E"; I believe it indicates layup in
December of 1980, but a 1981 model year ("M").

Stu -- I'll try to track down Joe Longtin of Moonlight while I'm up in Bayfield
this next week. He's been off the list for a few years; he was getting
overwhelmed with daily emails and needed to cut back somewhere.

Here are the numbers for my slightly larger LF38; all lines led back to the
cockpit. This is from an order I placed with Cajun Ropes in 2007 -- they had
all the lengths on file. I have since upsized the mainsheet from 3/8" to
7/16", as it was slipping in the clutch:

How did you like St George's? Were you at the Dinghy Club, or just anchored
out? And BTW, yes the food at Wahoo is good.

Bob -- unfortunately, the Nyquist rate for a 23kHz signal is above the 44.1kHz
sampling rate of audio CDs (which are theoretically limited to 22.05kHz
bandwidth, but practically more like 20kHz). So no, you couldn't make an audio
CD with a 23kHz signal.
And yes, I AM an audio engineer… :^)
I'd consider adding the Caliber 40LRC, and possibly the Cabo Rico 38...
