Having said that, your hatch is probably an Atkins & Hoyle.  Their new 
replacement for the old style of hatch would be the XR200 Offshore Cast Hatch:

These are very expensive hatches.  You might want to try Hammerhead Nautical 
Systems; they have all sorts of repair parts and services for older A&H
