Stus-List Sound Proofing

I recently purchased a C&C 37 Plus and the pathetic sound insulation in the engine enclosure was disintegrating, so I ripped it all out. Now the question is, what to replace it with. I am considering Soundown products. An opinions out there? What should I use? Gary S/V High Maintenance '90 C&C
