It’s not a standard-size BBQ tank. Much smaller. I doubt any Wal-Mart would have one.
I took a magic marker and wrote “Serviced/Certified - 03/2005” on the handle and took it to a mom/pop place near me that fills tanks. He saw it, shrugged, and filled it up. $10. Sweet.
