You only need the radio (the GPS is a radio and in the iPad it is part of the

Poli-Glow you either love it or hate it. We used it for a number of years
then switched back to good old wax. Poli-Glow looks good the the first few
years. Probably requires stripping very 4 or 5 years. You must follow the
directions exactly. Clean with Poli-prep. then numerous thin coats of

Agree with Bill, it's easy and it looks good. Last year I stripped the hull
down to bare gelcoat again and built up 8-10 layers of Poli Glow. It was
still easier than wax/buff. The average year is a walk in the park.

Look at the receptacle. It should have two pairs of hot/common connections
and one ground. One pair will be labeled "Line" and one pair "Load". The
"Load" connections are protected.
The correct wiring should be from your supply (breaker) to the pair marked
"Line". Downstream receptacles

It is now an ABYC requirement for all new boats, and surveyors will note
their presence/absence on resale. An insurer might require them going
forward.
Necessary? No. My boat sails well without them! Heck, I remember when
seat belts were not required in cars!

Half way down the lake where I sail is a nice, little summer village - "Ghost
Village ". The village is set in a fairly good sized bay with a small rock in
the middle of the bay. It's just below water level.
For years the village has put an orange buoy on the rock every spring to warn

boat shine. The annual maintenance coats are easy to apply. I've
compounded several boats and have had good results, but with 28 year old

Mariner app from the Google Play store. Not sure about Canadian charts, but
