Stus-List C&C 30 One Design

I was circumnavigating Shelter Island (NY Ling Island) in Gardiners Bay on my 27-V when I passed (going opposite direction) a C&C 30 One design. White hull black North 1DL jib only flying. He was going upwind in about 15 knots and moving very nicely. We were near the lighthouse out of Greenpo
