Hi all
Following Kasper's idea from a couple of months ago: Would it be possible to
have the git-svn bridge synchronise a branch other than master?
If so, one could use the git subtree command,
git subtree split -P minfi -b biocsvn
to create a branch 'biocsvn' only containing minfi directory
Dear Dan,
Are there any plans to implement a similar bridge for the data packages,
that have different package subdirs on different svn URLs? Or does
anyone have an elegant solution to streamline such case between git and
svn?
Thanks in advance.
Best wishes,
Laurent

I have the bridge set up between our github repository and bioconductor
devel branch. Is it possible to add the second bridge to bioc release
from the same git repo? or I would have to create a separate github
repository for that purpose?

Hi Dan,
This looks impressive! Will this also work for experimental data
packages which are split in two parts in the bioc SVN, separating the
external data from the actual package?
Best wishes
