If you want decent audio quality I would go with a Barix
instreamer/extremer. I have used these for radio stations and other high
quality media streams.

There are various studio/wireless audio extenders available. These work
like a wireless microphone. Or could even be the combination of an XLR
mic transmitter and a receiver. Distance through 'rock' might be a
problem...
