Interesting experience. DSR is the only reseller we will deal with anymore.
We have 3 or 4 separate corporate entities through them. They always know
exactly how the wiring closets are setup, and where they are located.

been down since before we took over. Reseller would not give any local
contact info, just 'tell the nurses you're there to install the internet'
