Maybe that's their M.O. in corporate class A buildings. My experience with them in rural areas is exactly the opposite. I won't deal with them anymore.
When they say bring it to the wiring closet, in my case, it usually turns out to be the broom closet, and they have no idea how it is set up, they may not even tell us the right building. -----Original Message----- From: AF <af-boun...@af.afmug.com> On Behalf Of Nate Burke Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2020 9:01 AM To: Animal Farm <af@af.afmug.com> Subject: Re: [AFMUG] OT: <Sigh> Resellers Interesting experience. DSR is the only reseller we will deal with anymore. We have 3 or 4 separate corporate entities through them. They always know exactly how the wiring closets are setup, and where they are located. We install the cable drop to the specified location and are then hands off. And if they call looking for a new connection, it's not the typical 'Give us all your pricing and then maybe we'll call you back', it's 'this is what the customer is looking for at this location, give us the Price for X service.'
