I'll second that. A colleague has already packaged it:
ftp://netwinder.org/devteam/scottb/dhcp-3.0b1pl0-1nw1.src.rpm
Though it is kinda outdated. To update it, I suggest getting version 3 from ISC's CVS.
It is beta, but the only one that works on our platform.
The story Red Hat told me way back was that dhclient didn't work with Linux, which was
partly true at the time. RH chose to use dhcpcd instead, which was much simpler and
worked (usually). Along came pump, which was a vast improvement over dhcpcd. Of
course,
during this time period dhclient was being improved to the point where it now surpasses
the other two.
The dhcpd has had a better history. [I had a patch in that too, before the last
overhaul.]
It also conforms closely to the RFCs, unlike the NT one, and I admire the recommended
solution to compatibility problems: don't use NT dhcpd :)
