Well, two that I know of:
NT used to require null termination of some fields which the RFCs didn't.
NT used to not send all info in all phases of the protocol, except the first.
Haven't tried NT recently though.

We've recently seen weirdness there too with "Rogers Wave" cable. I don't personally
know the exact details (contact Ralph Siemsen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>), but I _think_ it
was something like puting the hostname in an optional vendor field.
