Sorry but I disagree. I have had excellent support from Schneider. The phone works every time I call mon-fri. The case numbers are responded to. The ones I make mistakes on and forget get closed with an e-mail to remind me.
My opinion only, Schneider is not there to answer basic information found in manuals and online in videos. It is their decision to do this and if you need more you have other choices. For me, they are a no brainer with excellent electronics that just keep running. This has been an issue for a long time. WTFO Schneider, Tristen, Jack, lets get corporate in on these frustrations! We as installers are providing you folks jobs, because we purchase components with the belief that said products are ready TO INSTALL remotely OR connected to the grid. You folks get your paychecks despite how poor/ non existent the "support" is, while we loose clients. We recently installed our first Conext Gateway in hopes of getting better monitoring and control through Insight 2 portal. We installed it on an XW 5548, AGS, Batt Mon, HV-MPPT charge controller ~ 4 years old. For some reason, we cannot make changes to the system via the portal. The monitoring is much better but the control isn't functional. When I make a parameter change, it asks for the username and password but then gives this error every time: I verified that I am entering the Gateway admin username and the new password that I assigned. I can log into it locally, directly through the Access Pt functionality. Any suggestions? Schneider isn't responding and its a snow cat ride to get into the site.
