AlfineBeam is awesome! I highly recommend it. Mine is with Bullmoose bars. I had the rear respaced and cold set to 135 mm ( if that's the right terminology.) the QB has ride qualities that make it special independent of how many gears it has. So figuring out a good way to gear it was a high priority for me too.
