I've always thought that a "paleolithic" diet & lifestyle would be
what we're evolved to live, but it hasn't been that clear to me what
that might really be. Or, how to live it in Our Modern World. So,
Grant's writing and publishing on the subject of past couple of years
has piqued my interest. I've started listening to Mark Sisson's
podcasts, and plan to read more about it. As a long-time "vegetarian"
by preference, I've thought I had a healthy diet, but I can see by my
own results that I don't know everything!

Grant looks much leaner in these gym pix than in photos of a year or
so ago in the catalog, and I assume he's "on the program", so bravo to
the spirit of experimentation and exploration at Riv Central...(My
wife bought the "STS" ("Shock Training System" DVD set from Cathe
Friedrich's company, which I've been using to supplement
cycling...it's been good, too.) I wonder how to implement a lower carb
diet as a veg?
