FWIW, eating Paleo to me isn't a "diet" in the traditional sense of the word. At 6'2" and 175 lbs, I am not trying to lose weight. It's really a set of flexible eating and exercise principles that resonate with a good number of people.
In any event, if we start debating what to eat it's going to take us off topic pretty quickly, so I'll go back into my cave now.
