It's funny because in my Physical Education class my students just
recently went over the lesson of what to look for in physical fitness
products and programs. People need to be weary of going on diets or
exercise routines. Not saying that these programs or diets don't work,
most in fact work really well, to a point. BUT there needs to be a
realization that when taking on any type of physical improvement on
oneself it shouldn't come in form of diets or programs, it should be a
lifestyle change. One where you don't try to fit physical activity
around your schedule but you fit your schedule around your physical
activity.
