Hi Jim,

My primary reluctance for using non-tubeless-specific tires set up as tubeless 
for road use is the higher tire pressures. This may not be as big an issue when 
using higher volume tires like the Hetre, where you can run them at lower 
pressures. This is why MTB tubeless can often be done using non-tubeless 
clincher tires. You're really relying on the tire bead/rim interface to hold 
the tire in place and to create an airtight seal. Disruption of that could lead 
to a catastrophic loss of tire pressure, and more importantly, allow the bead 
to break free and roll the tire off the rim.
