Hi Brian,

The Velocity A23 and the Pacenti SL23 are wonderful choices for you. The SL23
are available in satin silver and black, but the silver is not available
currently. The A23 has a nice polished option. I currently have some of these
in stock in 24h, 28h, and 32h, if interested. Both the A23 and SL23 have built
up really nicely for us and we've been really happy with how they've held up.
We've also built up wheels with the SL25 (the disc version of the SL23) with
really good results. You can't go wrong with either rim. Both are wide and
tubeless compatible. We've been using the Orange Seal tubeless sealant that
claims to seal punctures up to 1/4 of an inch. We haven't tested that, but it
has worked really well on punctures that would kill tires using Slime or Stan's.

Subject: [RBW] Tubeless Rims for Oregon Outback
From: stone...@gmail.com
To: rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com

I have a set of Schwalbe Thunder Burts on the way for my Hunqapillar. The plan
is to use them on some bikepacking overnights to get ready for the Oregon
Outback.
I just realized that I let me Synergy rims get a bit worn via too much braking,
not enough pad changing. I now have my overworn pads on my bench to remind me
to *check my brake pads regularly*. Since I also have some spoke cracking on
the OC rim, I figure it's time to get some new rims for the summer.
The Pacenti SL23s seem like a good tubeless rim to try - or perhaps the
Velocity A23s. Any other recommended rims that are:1. usable in a tubeless
setup2. not overly heavy - I weigh 160lbs3. perhaps a bit wider
