Agree on the Frogs.  I've been using Speedplay pedals since about 1993 and the 
Frogs since the second iteration (the bodies of the first generation were sort 
of brown, after that black).  I have one bike for commuting with old Campy NR 
quills and PowerGrips, which I also like but I prefer the Frogs when I am 
riding to ride.
