I try to workout 3 times a week for at least 40 minutes. It's enough to break a sweat and feel good afterwards, but not enough to lose much weight though. I also do my own yard work, so that will at least get me out of the house some on the weekends. I really have to watch how I eat though. I eat pretty good food, but my problem is I tend to overeat. I have to eat until I'm about to pop. I'm able to take my dogs to work (2 boxers 1 cocker spaniel) so throughout the day I take breaks to play with them, which is refreshing at least until is starts hitting 100 degrees.
