I try to workout 3 times a week for at least 40 minutes.  It's enough to 
break a sweat and feel good afterwards, but not enough to lose much 
weight though.  I also do my own yard work, so that will at least get me 
out of the house some on the weekends.

I really have to watch how I eat though.  I eat pretty good food, but my 
problem is I tend to overeat.  I have to eat until I'm about to pop.

I'm able to take my dogs to work (2 boxers 1 cocker spaniel) so 
throughout the day I take breaks to play with them, which is refreshing 
at least until is starts hitting 100 degrees.
