Agreed!

Yep, real easy to sit at the desk all day except when you absolutely
need to pee, slam down a juice or a sandwich, or sleep.

My eye doctor told me I need to break every 40 minutes, and go outside
and gaze at faraway things for 5 minutes. Sounded impractical.

My primary physician told me I needed a lot more exercise. Sounded
unreasonable.

Now I rechannel my habit of getting up every 40 minutes to slam down
that drink or sandwich, and instead walk around the block while gazing
off into the distance. When it is lunchtime, I close my laptop and go
sit and enjoy it. I cycle everywhere I can, including to drop and pick
up Dylan from daycare (7 mile round trip), the grocery store (4 mile
round trip), and generally around town.

I can't say I've lost any weight, but I sure feel much better!

I think I'm barely getting enough exercise, doing what I'm doing.
Cycling, walking, and doing home improvement around the house.

Nice. I'd love to do that sometime. Well, not exactly how *you* did it. ;)
