I agree. This is a very important topic. > Face it - most people are pretty sedentary throughout the day. Cycling? My wife and I exercise together a minimum of three times a week for a minimum of 40 minutes and we hike in the hills at least 3 miles on the weekend. I also do an additional bike ride or hike each week. We have been on this schedule plus eating very well for a couple of years. Our goal is to exercise and enjoy it and so far we have been successful. I have wear and tear arthritis in my knees but I hike and ride with no problems because of the exercise. I am at a decent weight and my wife is at her ideal weight and we are both physically pretty fit with good endurance. The best part is even though I am no spring chicken I have a high level of concentration and am still creative with development as well as managing my customers.
