As Victor noted Postfix does not keep trying the SAME delivery.
Instead, Postfix tries to deliver a DIFFERENT message. It would be
incorrect IN THE GENERAL CASE to postpone ALL deliveries to a site
just because FIVE recipients were unavailable.
