I've done my best to try to help you, but it is clear you don't have the proper background or understand of SMTP mail. You need to talk with, conference with, have lunch with the email administrator within your organization. You need to discuss with him/her what you are wanting to do. That person can help you architect this properly. We can help you configure the Postfix part and the popper, but you need to get the mail routed to your server. That does not mean telling users to send to a new/different email address. It means having the mail administrator change the routing for the current email address, and assisting you in setting up the outbound delivery properly on your Postfix/Helpdesk server. -- Stan
