Instead, I have replaced some narrative text with a bullet list.

  * Delays >= 100s are rounded off to an integral number of seconds.

  * Delays < 10^-$delay_logging_resolution_limit are rounded off to "0".

  * Other delays are rounded off to two significant digits, or fewer
    if the result would exceed the delay_resolution_limit.

In English, "rounding off" means rounding up or down.

The overload limit can be changed in main.cf (default_process_limit)
and in master.cf (the seventh column). For people who want to know
more, I have now hyperlinked "overload:" in the postconf(5) manpage
to background info in the server overload page STRESS_README.html.
