Just like there is no official Postfx binary package. Each OS
distribution has its maintainer who builds Postfix packages and
provides initial configuration files. Those files need to be adjusted
to the local use case.
For containers, all you need is a Dockerfile (or equivalent) and
some initial configuration files. Again, the configuration files
depend on the local use case.
If there are 'common' container use cases, then I suppose that
Postfix could distrtibute example Dockerfiles for that.
