Having had grief with NTL before I swore I'd never go back to them. But earlier this year I did sign up to Virgin, purely because what they could offer me was cheaper than the alternatives at that time. So far: - They've been billing me £1.25 for paper bills despite requesting electronic ones - They can't provide caller display (exchange not capable) - I paid extra for the voicemail option which allows me to change my message, and it took them several weeks to get it working (it needed a PIN to access, but nobody could tell me what the pin was or manage to reset it). Now that it works it is painful (you have to jump through a lot of hoops to listen to messages, you can't delete them until you've listened to them in full, all the voice prompts are so slow that they are painful). The 10M Internet connection works, but isn't noticeable faster than the 8M BT ADSL one I had before. The TV also works, but doesn't give me a lot that Freeview wasn't already giving me. So thumbs up, then! :-) -- Mark Rogers // More Solutions Ltd (Peterborough Office) // 0844 251 1450 Registered in England (0456 0902) @ 13 Clarke Rd, Milton Keynes, MK1 1LG _______________________________________________ Peterboro mailing list Peterboro@mailman.lug.org.uk https://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/peterboro
