I'll say it once again... even though I don't care *that* much at this
point. Nobody including myself, is trying to convince the world. The
original poster asked for suggestions, that's what he got. The fact that
John did not agree with some of those, or did not agree that a particular
approach was right for every individual was fine.
The implication that I should "stop trying to convince the rest of the world
that your way is the single best way, and would work well for everybody", is
a mischaracterization of what took place. That only occurred in John's
mind.
