"Re:" is a standard that should not be translated.

Agreed; what I mean is that it would be good to be able to configure the string after "Re:" for replies to empty subjects. That said, though, it could perhaps be done with hooks.

I think the subject setting occurs too early for hooks to be effective.

Still, I'd rather not make a config variable for this case. It's too specific, and if desired is easily enough adjusted manually during the prompt process.
