Well in my case I can't redo my multidevices "farm" each on his native
language plus learn in 1 week how to redo in java AND how to redo in
Objetive C.

I still believe on just one core code to many devices (including web,
windows desktop and mac in a wonderful world).

I think I will to work on what exists… and praise do get something
new/concrete from Xamarin soon. Is the only bullet I have (already shot).

But who is working on one device or a simples "app"store app (..) maybe not
a problem to learn/migrate to native language.

I think we all agree that android java is not that hard to get into. Yes,
there will be some pain and agony, but it just doesn't seem to be that hard.
Heck, if I can figure it out, it can't be too bad.

The thing that concerns me is that objectiveC animal. I tried this once and
my hair turned white.

I am also really concerned about the legal ramifications of this. I just
don't see how Miguel and company don't get tied up in the courts on this
one.

Of course, I'll re-examine as time goes forward. No real reason to create a
locked down position at this point i n time.

Agreed. There are lots of times I find myself wishing for some C# goodness
in Java, but that's minor. Trying to get up to speed on ObjectiveC is not
something I'm looking forward to however.
