That formula was defeloped a long time ago. But you should be able to
find out why it goes that way if you take a close look at zoran
chipdocu. 
The 200 is correct for older drivers, like the releases befor 0.9.x And
still correct for every card where you load the zr36060 module with the
low_bitrate=1 option. Like it is (and hast to be) for the buz. For every
other card you shoul use now 100 instead of 200. 

Seems that I should update the doku a litte.
