Hello, Although this does not answer your question, if you do not want to mess around with different providers and want a quick and easy solution openbsd.amsterdam [1] is a good choice. I personally have not used them but they are praised a lot.
They are not the most cost effective, but they do donate a portion of their profits to the openbsd foundation too, so not only are you getting hosting but you are also supporting OpenBSD while doing it.
