arm at Netcup really is an unmitigated dumpster fire. And, honestly, their whole UI is a mess even beyond arm. Buy on Domain A; manage your account and bills on Domain A. Manage your servers on Domain B Thing is, it's hours or days from the time you buy 'til the time they tell you this. Meanwhile, they ignore your requests for an update for days -- even after they've taken your money. I'm STILL battling with them for stuff I bought over Black Friday that I returned / cancelled within just _hours_ after getting my instances provisioned. There are MUCH better choices out there.
