Boy Scouts of America doesn't have a seminary for it's future leaders that puts an equal sign between consensual gay sex and the abuse of alter boys. For Pope Francisco they are all the same - homosexuals who have committed a grave sin against chastity. Though deplorable, this behavior is not as depraved as women consecrating the Eucharist, which is a mortal sin that will get you excommunicated. Pedophile priests, on the other hand, can plan for early retirement at a country retreat if they become an embarrassment. BSOA doesn't offer this either.
