NO MATTER WHO WINS -- our first task will be to DEMAND that BIden immediately turn off the spigot of money for the Netanyahu war machine --- he will have NO POLITICAL EXCUSE not to --- Those of us supporting Harris will have to come to the aid of those already so disgusted with Biden's support for Netanyahu they could not bring themselves to support Harris --- even as many conceded that TRUMP WOULD BE WORSE (my view) ---
But really, there will be no excuse for progressives NOT to immediately join a chorus of people demanding that BIDEN turn off the blood-stained spigot --- AND -- if Harrise wins, our job on the domestic front is to immediately become part of a larger pressure group that insists that she DOUBLE DOWN on the Biden (admittedly weak) version of European Social Democracy embedded in the BUILD BACK BETTER bill --- and symbolized by the head of the FTC who Harris' billionaire supporters want her to can .... we need to say -- WE (progressives) were loyal to you as you played footsie with Republicans --- NOW, you have to respond to our proposals because they are ALL VERY POPULAR --- she needs to force through the PRO Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act -- and codifying ROE (that will be an easy one --- she's already promised to do that)n -- many of these will require breaking the filibuster ... which of course only works if the DEMS hold the Senate (a tall order) ...
