it could be it was blocked because no mail was sent for a while, I think (but not sure) they do this as well, blocking "dormant" IPs.
Right now we are debating with their support how to move forward but they are adamant about that webpage, which is silly, because if they were to really stick to that, not many providers would meet that regulation. I don't understand that rule at all.
From my experience, but YMMV, they insist on that, there's no way around. Not sure if they have exceptions for bigger ISPs.
