And you are still taking only monetary aspect into account and ignoring the
time aspect, which I already pointed to you several times.

To get a domain at eu.org, you have:
1) already have two nameservers configured for your to-be domain
2) apply for the domain
3) WAIT. Wait for several WEEKS usually (as the requests are processed
manually, and this is deliberate design decision).

That makes it completely unattractive for spammers, IMHO. Spammers want to
have their domains registered FAST, send from them as many mails as possible
before they get blocked, and then drop them. For spammers, time is literally
money.

That's completely incompatible with the way eu.org operates.

That's quite blind, IMHO, to look only at the money aspect and completely
ignoring everything else.
