Some people are ;-)

Let me double check that this is only triggered by user action -- and not
apps moving emails to spam folders.

There's a chance your customer is using Apple Mail (desktop) or Samsung
Mail. They have really bad and stubborn spam filters which cause us a load
of customer support head aches...
