If it's the former, we suggest telling your customer to not hit "Report as Spam" on email they want to receive. There are quite a few users who bulk report emails, hit the wrong buttons and ignore and confirm various warnings and confirmation dialogs. There's only so much you can do without annoying the majority of other users. - Marcel
